RESERVATION POLICIES
Q: How far in advance do you accept reservations?
A: We accept reservations 3 months in advance through OpenTable. If you are travelling to Los Angeles and are interested in joining us more than 3 months in the future, please email us at info@selinerestaurant.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: How much is dinner? How does the prepaid deposit work?
A: The Seline tasting menu is $295 per guest, not including beverages, gratuities, or taxes. You are required to prepay a deposit of $200 per guest when confirming your reservation. You’re also welcome to prepay a deposit for our wine or non-alcoholic pairings.
Your total prepaid deposit is applied to your final bill, which you will receive at the end of your experience with us.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We are more than happy to cancel and issue a full refund for your reservation with at least 7 days notice prior to your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable for reservations cancelled, modified, or rescheduled with fewer than 7 days notice.Please email us at info@selinerestaurant.com to cancel your reservation.
Q: How do I reschedule my reservation?
A: Similar to our cancellation policy, we are more than happy to reschedule your reservation with at least 7 days notice prior to your reservation. Deposits for reservations rescheduled or modified with fewer than 7 days notice will be forfeited and not transferable to another date. You are more than welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest to dine in your place.
Q: What if I’m running late?
A: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to omit courses in order to respect the reservation times of your fellow diners. Please email us at info@selinerestaurant.com or text us through your OpenTable confirmation text. Note: we do not answer our telephone or listen to phone messages during dinner service.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Q: How long does dinner take? How many courses is it?
A: Please budget up to two and a half hours for parties of two and up to three hours for parties of four for your entire experience from start to finish. Your dinner will be a progression of 15 to 18 courses, ranging in size, with some courses meant to be enjoyed together.
Q: Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
A: Our culinary team is more than happy to accommodate certain dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours advance notice and not upon arrival. Please review our full policy of which dietary restrictions we are able to accommodate for this current menu.
Q: May I order beverage pairings when I arrive for dinner?
A: Yes! You may decide on beverages upon arrival to Seline. If you have prepaid deposits for beverage pairings, they will be applied to your final invoice. We ask that you do not share a pairing.
Q: What is your corkage policy?
A: We allow two bottles for $100 each. We only ask that you do not bring bottles that we are currently offering on our wine list.

Q: What is your dress code?
A: Come comfortably dressed and appropriate for whatever you are feeling that day in addition to whatever occasion you may or may not be celebrating. Some guests dress in business casual, some guests dress more formal while others choose more casual attire. Just please leave the beach attire for the beach.
Q: Do you offer valet?
A: We offer valet in our underground garage for $12. You’ll enter the garage from Marine Street and take the elevator up one floor to the main entrance of SELINE. At the end of your meal, our host team will provide you a validation card.
Q: Do you allow children to dine?
A: Well-behaved children are welcome to join you at SELINE. They must enjoy their own menu and not share a menu.
