MENU
We offer a tasting menu comprised of 15 to 18 courses, ranging in size. Our menu features a variety of meats, seafoods, and vegetables, showcasing the many inspirations of Southern California.
Our tasting menu is priced at $295 per guest. Please plan for two and a half hours to enjoy your entire experience.
Our culinary team is more than happy to accommodate certain dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you or any of your guests have any specific menu needs, please review our dietary restrictions policy below before booking a table.
BEVERAGES
Beverage Director Matthew Brodbine creates two beverage pairings to complement your dining experience - a wine pairing and a non-alcoholic pairing. Our wine pairing is a selection of wines by forward-thinking winemakers from various regions around the world while our non-alcoholic pairing features a thoughtful and unique collection of both house made and curated beverages crafted to coincide with the menu progression. A tightly assembled wine list is also available.
Our wine pairing is priced at $225 per guest. Our non-alcoholic pairing is priced at $125 per guest.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Our small culinary team is more than happy to accommodate certain dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours notice (not upon arrival).
While we can accommodate vegetarians & pescatarians, we cannot accommodate vegans or combinations of restrictions (e.g., pescatarian AND no gluten).
Please note, there are specific ingredients that we are unable to exclude completely:
Soybeans, soy products, miso
Alliums, mushrooms, seaweed in stock or sauces
Sugar, salt, vinegar, cooked alcohol
Mushrooms or alliums on vegetarian menus
